Privacy Policy

  1. The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data is: Maciej Kacprzak FMF, Skierniewicka 21/131, 01-230 Warsaw, NIP: 1181954493.
  2. Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis. If you use the contact form or send an e-mail, the data is processed in order to contact you (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), i.e. the basis for processing is your consent resulting from the initiated contact. Correspondence may also be archived for the need to show its content in the future (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  3. Entitlements. As an entity whose data is processed, you have a number of rights, and these are:
    • the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing,
    • the right to object to the processing,
    • the right to transfer data,
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (more details: https://uodo.gov.pl). If you believe that we have violated the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.   4. Data recipients. Access to the data will be available to my subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services I use. All these entities guarantee the use of appropriate personal data protection measures that are required by law.
  5. Period of personal data storage The administrator stores data for the period of the service provided and for the period resulting from the limitation of claims, consumer rights and bookkeeping.
  6. Information on the voluntary consent to the processing of personal data. Expressing your consent to the processing of personal data in the scope of identifying data such as name, surname, PESEL number and contact details is voluntary, but it is necessary to perform the above-mentioned activities.

 

COOKIES

My website, like most others, uses the so-called cookies. These are IT data saved by servers on the user’s end device, i.e. on your computer. They can be read every time you connect to this end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website domain they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

  1. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    • adapting the content of websites to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the website user’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs,
    • creating statistics that help to understand how website users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content,
    • maintaining the website user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the website,
    • providing users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  2. The following types of “cookies” may be used on my website:
    • “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website,
    • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website,
    • cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the website pages,
    • “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region of the user, font size, website appearance, etc.,
    • “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  3. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. You can change these settings, for example, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about their every posting on the user’s device.
